I used to be afraid of going to the dentist but ever since I started coming to Salt & Smile that fear is completely gone. Everyone from the front desk is always very welcoming and friendly. Wa is my favorite hygienist! I’ve been going to her since 2021 she’s amazing at what she does and always makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Yaz always makes sure to answer any questions and makes his patients feel welcomed and taken care of. My family and I always have great experiences at Salt & Smile and I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a dental clinic!

Dr Yaz is amazing. He took over for Dr Cassell who was just such an amazing and caring and heartfelt dentist and person and Dr Yaz is literally as real and caring and heartfelt as Dr Cassell and maybe beyond. How can you measure a love and dedication to excellence? He also kept the BEST dental Hygienist… her name is Hua and her level of detail and perfection is outstanding and ever since Hua I have had healthy teeth, no cavities no problems just excellent and exceptional skill and knowledge. To say I love these guys is an understatement. This is the dental office youve dreamed of and I’m so grateful I found them.

Absolutely love it here! My all time favorite Habeet takes such good care of me. Alexa and Alondra are always so amazing and friendly whenever I have them as prep or assisting. Tessa always so sweet and helpful when getting my appointments scheduled. Dr. Yaz always makes sure I understand each step of the process while making sure I’m always comfortable! Amazing office, wish I came here sooner!

I’ve had a good overall experience at salt and sea dentistry. I feel like I am very well informed on every procedure and in good hands. Today was especially amazing. My back molar broke while I was eating a sandwich. I called and they got me in right away and even stayed late to finish my procedure. Habeet was so kind and caring. I really appreciated his presence before and during the procedure. Dr. Yazdanmehr does a great job letting you know what to expect and is very much about being proactive with your teeth to prevent problems down the road. He was very gentle and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had my first appointment with Salt and Smile and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, his entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Yaz has a great bedside manner—he’s friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to hear out all of my concerns. He explained everything clearly, gave me practical tips for improving my dental health, and I never felt pressured in one direction or another. Just to add to the experience, his office is very nice and clean which I loved! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and caring dentist in San Diego!
